Studio privacy notice

Public demo

Assessment edits, imports and session saves are processed in the open page’s memory. The demo does not upload them to an assessment database, and reloading clears them. Live webhook delivery is disabled. Use fictional information. The hosting infrastructure may still process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser information and access logs to deliver and protect the site; in-page assessment storage is not a promise of anonymous browsing.

Private evaluation Studio

Sign-in identifies the authorized user. Saved assessments, snapshots, action details, the configured webhook address and delivery records are stored by the service. Server checks associate saved records with the signed-in user. Publishing the application does not publish those records. The operator and relevant infrastructure providers may have administrative access; this is not end-to-end encrypted storage.

Why information is processed

Information is used to operate the Studio, save and retrieve work, calculate results, deliver explicitly requested webhook actions, investigate errors and respond to support requests. Category calculations do not send your assessment to an external AI model or perform live research. Opening an external source link takes you to that provider’s website and its privacy practices.

Exports and connections

Exports create a local copy you control. Anyone you give that file to may read it. In the private Studio, a confirmed send shares the assessment name, owner, decision, guidance, open action details and an event identifier with your selected webhook provider. That provider may send information onward according to your workflow. Disconnecting does not recall information already delivered. Review receiving-app access and provider policies before sending.

Infrastructure and support

The Studio uses OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare-backed hosting infrastructure. Private sign-in and hosted storage are part of that service. Support email uses Cloudflare email routing, Gmail and Resend. Information supplied in support correspondence is separate from the demo’s temporary page memory. The main website’s privacy policy covers its inquiry forms and website operations.

Retention and your requests

Demo assessment state lasts only while that page session remains open. Private saved records and support correspondence may be retained for operation, support and applicable recordkeeping needs; no fixed automatic deletion period is currently configured for private assessments. Contact support@axiomandarc.com to request access, correction or deletion. Identity verification and applicable legal obligations may affect a request, and this notice does not promise immediate erasure from provider backups or records held by a webhook recipient.

Use suitable information

This is an evaluation service. Do not enter regulated, highly sensitive or confidential third-party information without appropriate authorization and an agreed arrangement for that use. Separate-customer isolation testing and the paid customer access system remain launch requirements. This notice will be updated when the service’s data practices change.
