AXIOM & ARC LLC
Studio terms of use
Evaluation version · Effective September 17, 2026
These terms describe permitted use of the AI Decision Studio and its public demo supplied by Axiom & Arc LLC. They apply specifically to the Studio; other website content is covered by the website terms. These evaluation terms do not establish a paid subscription or a consulting engagement.
Evaluation access
You may use the public demo to evaluate the product with fictional information and share its public link for feedback. Private Studio access is limited to people expressly authorized by Axiom & Arc. Do not share private credentials or provide unapproved users access through your account. Access does not transfer ownership of the software or grant a right to redistribute it.
Ownership and permitted outputs
Axiom & Arc retains its rights in its branding and protectable original software, text and design. Third-party software, references and materials remain subject to their own rights and licenses. No ownership is claimed over public facts, general ideas or methods, your pre-existing materials, or third-party content.
You retain your rights in the information you provide. You may export and share your own completed assessment results for internal evaluation and decision-making. Sharing those results does not authorize distributing the application, selling its templates or giving someone access to your private account. Retain any ownership notices accompanying Axiom & Arc materials.
Copying, automation and AI-assisted review
Except as permitted by applicable law or an applicable third-party license, do not copy, republish, resell or distribute protected Studio materials, remove ownership notices, or use them to produce a substantially copied competing product without written permission. This restriction applies whether copying is performed manually, by scraping or through an AI system. Do not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, harvest other users’ information or impersonate Axiom & Arc.
You may ask an AI assistant to review the public demo for usability and provide feedback using fictional data. This does not grant permission to reproduce protected materials or use Axiom & Arc branding in another product. These terms do not prohibit lawful independent development, fair use or other nonwaivable rights.
Decision support and evidence
The Studio provides an evaluation framework, not professional advice, procurement approval or a guarantee of suitability, accuracy, savings or compliance. Categories are authored rule-based hypotheses informed by references. They have not received independent expert accuracy validation. Evidence, factual inputs, costs and control responses are user-supplied. Where displayed, scores and calculated recommendations are generated by the Studio from those inputs and Axiom & Arc’s authored rules. The Studio does not verify the contents of supporting documents or perform live vendor research. Users remain responsible for validation, specialist review and final decisions.
Exports and external workflows
Exported files can be read by anyone you share them with. In the private Studio, confirming a webhook send transfers the displayed action information and a delivery identifier to your configured provider. You are responsible for the receiving workflow, its permissions, costs and downstream actions. Endpoint acceptance does not prove successful task creation. The public demo does not send webhooks.
Availability and evaluation limits
This evaluation service is provided as available and may change or become unavailable. The public demo clears assessment edits when reloaded. Keep copies of work you need and do not use this evaluation service as your only system of record. No enterprise support, uptime commitment, paid entitlement or team-seat enforcement is supplied under these terms. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Privacy, questions and changes
Read the Studio privacy notice before entering information. Send questions, permission requests or reports of suspected copying to support@axiomandarc.com. Updated versions will identify their effective date. Any future paid service needs separate purchase terms covering scope, authorized users, fees, renewal and cancellation.
